Issue A - ZIP Files

When you purchase digital goods from my site, you will be prompted to download a .zip file.  ZIP files are files that have been compressed to save disk space and to shorten download times.  If you are unable to open a ZIP file, most likely your system does not have a ZIP utility program installed.  This is not a problem.  An excellent FREE & SAFE ZIP utility program is available at: http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm  This is the program I use to compress my files.


Issue B - PDF Files

I create my files using a very broad range of software.  Because not everyone has the software I use, and some of it is no longer commercially available, I often save my files to .pdf format.  PDF files retain the look and format of the original file, regardless of how it was made, and is universally viewable with the FREE & SAFE Adobe Acrobat Reader.  The Pampered Chef also uses .pdf format to deliver flyers for host & guest specials.  Adobe Acrobat Reader is available by clicking here: Get Adobe Reader


Issue C - Lost / Deleted Files

Computers are machines and machines are capable of failing.  In the event you have purchased a digital file from me, and lost the file by computer or human fault, please contact me.  Be sure to include your full name and email address.  I have a complete record of customer purchases and will be happy to replace your files.


Issue D - Updating Information (RE: You've Moved, Changed Email, ETC.)

I understand how daunting it can be to update your address, email account, or even your telephone number.  Anytime you have a change in information, please visit the Customizer and complete the form.  I will provide updated copies of personalized files (newsletters via service, WW to PC booklets, etc.) at NO CHARGE.


Issue E - Unable/Unwilling to Pay via PayPal

I use PayPal purely out of convenience.  It is safe, fast and reliable, as well as extremely inexpensive.  I have been actively working with PayPal since 2000 and am yet to have a problem. 

However, I completely understand and respect my clients wishes should they choose not to use PayPal for whatever reason.   All items may be purchased via check or money order simply by emailing me.   Please include the titles of the products you wish to purchase, as well as your email address with your payment.

Issue F - Canceling Your Getting Pampered Subscription 

For security purposes, only you are able to make changes to your subscriptions and PayPal account.  To cancel your subscription, please goto http://www.myconsultantscorner.com/newsletters.htm scroll to the bottom, and click on Cancel Subscription button.

If for any reason you are not able to cancel your Getting Pampered subscription by simply clicking on the Cancel Subscription PayPal advises you do the following.

 To cancel an Active Subscription: 
  Here's How:
  1. Log in to your PayPal account
  2. Click on the History subtab
  3. Choose the Subscriptions field from the Show drop-down menu
  4. Check the From box and change the date back 2 years
  5. Click Search
  6. To view the details of a specific Subscription Creation, click Details in the Details column
  7. At the bottom of this page, click Cancel Subscription
  8. On the confirmation page, click Cancel Subscription again

Issue G - Accidentally Cancelled Delivery, But Not Subscription

If you clicked "Cancel Subscription" in the body of your delivered newsletter, this DOES NOT cancel your subscription, only delivery.  If you wish to cancel your subscription, you need to follow the instructions in Issue F above.
